How do I receive a price quote for Ribarska Koliba Resort?

How do I receive a price quote for Villa Stella Adria and Villa Maria?

Go to accomodation and click on "Villa Maria Pula" or "Villa Stella Adria", choose the apartment you're interested into and on apartment page click "book now this apartment". Then select the dates and click "check availability".

What is your minimum stay requirement in high season?

We have no minimum stay requirement.

 

Is the cleaning service included in the price?

In Ribarska Koliba Resort the cleaning service is included in the price. It includes daily cleaning (towels change, bringing out the garbage, floor cleaning if necessary, bed set up, changing bed linen every 4th day of your stay etc.) and final cleaning after your departure.

In Villa Marija and Villa Stella Adria we don't provide daily cleaning service. There is only final cleaning included. Additional cleaning can be oredered upon request and additionaly payed.

 

Is the VAT included in the price?

13% VAT is included in the rental price.

 

Is the reservation fee included in price?

No, the reservation fee is not included in price.

 

Is the tourist tax included in the price?

Tourist tax is not included in the price. It is calculated and should be paid on spot. The price for tourist tax depends on the season periods and guests’ years of age.

 

Do you accept pets?

No, we dont accept pets.

 

Is it allowed to smoke in the room / apartment?

No, it is not allowed to smoke in the room/ apartment.

 

What is the refundable damage deposit?

We do not charge a damage deposit, however, we keep all credit cards on file and will charge your card if there are damages in a property. Guests will be responsible for paying any damages caused directly or indirectly by themselves, their pets, or their guests during their stay.

 

When do I receive the address of the property?

The address is public and you can find it on our web site at any time.

 

What is the payment schedule?

Payment schedule depends on your booking conditions. Please check your reservation for further information or contact us via phone or email.

 

When do I receive confirmation of my booking?

Confirmations (Booking Confirmation – Voucher) are sent to you by email automatically when a reservation is made.

 

What is provided in Villa Stella Adria and Villa Maria?

All of our homes are completely stocked including all cookware, linens, and towels. We also provide complimentary WiFi, SAT-TV, safety deposit box and air condition in all our apartments. Other replenish-able items stocked include dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent and shampoo.

 

Where do I pick up the keys for Villa Stella Adria and Villa Maria?

You will pick up keys at the reception. The reception's address is: Verudela 16, 52100 Pula, Croatia. Also, you will receive check in information by email after your confirmation where reception working hours are shown.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

How do I cancel my reservation?

To cancel your reservation made directly with us, please contact Ribarska Koliba resort by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible.

To cancel reservation made via Booking.com, Expedia or travel agency, you need to contact them directly.

Please be aware that cancellation fees might be charged, depending on booking conditions you've agreed to.

 

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time is after 3:00pm and Check-out time is until 10:00 am. If it you have a same day check-in, and you need an early arrival, you may deposit your bags at a property while it is being cleaned. You can also ask for early check-in and late check-out, which is subject to availability and might be additionaly charged.

 

What are the maximum occupancy rules?

Maximum occupancy is clearly stated in each room / apartment description. If the maximum allowable occupancy is breached, your credit card on file may be charged a penalty, and there may be cause for immediate eviction.

 

Do you offer parking?

Ribarska Koliba Resort provides parking for the guests.

 

Do you offer transfers?

Yes. We offer transfers from and to airport and taxi service anywhere else. Please contact us via mail or phone to get the information about the cost.

Do you offer money exchange service?

We don’t offer money exchange. You can exchange the money in the city centre or pay by card.

 

Is there a bus station near Ribarska Koliba Resort?

Bus station is only few meters from the hotel; two bus lines drive you directly to center and back.

 

Do you offer bicycle rental?

We offer bicycles for rent in Ribarska Koliba Resort, Verudela 16, Pula and we can also help you if you need a car rental.
