• Swimming – the city pool with a lot of lanes and a sauna is just 300 meters away. Right next to the pool there is also the city stadium with running tracks.
• Running & outdoor sessions – a scenic seafront promenade starts right near the villa, ideal for long runs, interval training, and cycling. Along the route there are also forest trails and outdoor fitness equipment.
• Quiet neighborhood – the villa is situated on a peaceful street, with a small forest right next door.
• Nearby cafés, and a shopping center just 1,5 km from the villa.
• In your free time, you can explore the sights of Pula and the surrounding area.

Perfect timing for your camp:

• April – great weather, no crowds – ideal for pre‑season preparation.
• October – November – another excellent window for base training.
