Cancellation Policy
GUARANTEE POLICY
At the moment of reservation, a credit card guarantee or an advance payment is required for the purpose of booking a service. A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation and will not be charged at the time of booking unless reservation conditions are different. Payment is to be made at the hotel reception desk according to the current fee schedule posted in Kunas.
RATE TYPES AND THE CANCELLATION POLICY
Best Flex rate
The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the first day of the reservation if they cancel within 3 days before arrival. In case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged. No prepayment is needed.
Prepaid Non-Refundable
The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time. The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation at any time. In case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
OTHER CONDITIONS
Valid price of the service shall be specifically described in the offer received by the Online booking engine or by reservation centre. Contracted reservations can not be combined with other promotional offers or packages. For services which have not been used, no refunds are possible. Extra services not included in the price are to be paid directly by the guest. We reserve the right to reject, cancel or modify any booking where the reservation contains or have resulted from a mistake or error.
