In addition, we are keeping a close eye on the outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and we are taking strict measures to continuously make sure that the hygiene levels at our resort are at their highest.
The health and safety procedures at our resort include keeping the hands clean by handwashing and the usage of hygienic cleaning products as well as the strict cleaning procedures of our guest rooms and public areas.
Our procedures of hygiene and cleanliness include:
- Guest rooms: We follow the cleaning and disinfectant procedures to clean all the rooms after our guests depart and before the arrival of the new guests.
- Public areas: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in the public areas of our resort, particularly the front desk at the reception area, elevators and elevator buttons, door handles, keys and public bathrooms.
- In-house cleanliness: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting the laundry room, staff offices, gym and spa as well as locker rooms.
